Each holding stands for its own kind of work. Which could be a short design or a long lasting leisure management project. Orange Properties Limited is registered in Dar es Salaam under register number 63055. Our Head Quarter is situated at Victoria/Uporoto plot no. 421 in Dar es Salaam. Our post address is: P.O Box 105548 Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our holdings are registered as daughter Companies. Each project is put into one of our holdings.

Orange Properties is a real estate development and management company. The company owns various building projects including houses and apartments in several locations in Tanzania. Apart from development, the company also manages a selected portfolio of properties. Orange Properties also conceptualises new ideas for developing projects and collaborates with its subsidiaries to realize the projects. .
Design Studio Limited
Design Studio is our architectural company providing quality architectural designs and project management services. Besides the architectural project for Orange Properties, Design Studio services a broad client base in the private and public sector including local and international clients. The company has vast experience in the design and supervision of residential, commercial, leisure as well as public institutions.
Kilwa Pakaya Oceanic Resort Limited
Kilwa Pakaya Oceanic Resort Limited is a company that was set up to manage Kilwa Pakaya Hotel in Kilwa Masoko, Lindi region, some 300km on the coast, south of Dar Es Salaam. The hotel serves to give both tourists and business travelers a "home away from home" to relax after a trip or a day of hard work. Kilwa has all the facilities to work and relax at the same time.
OP Designs
Op Designs is an interior design company. Their focus lies in the design and fabrication of state of the art joinery items including but not limited to kitchens and furniture, mostly made out of recycled wood and FSC certified wood, all originating from Tanzania.

This is the newest addition to our group of companies. Mama Tembo is a company currently under the process of registration. It will be based in Kilwa Masoko and its main aim is to provide leisure, relaxation and other entertainment for residents as well as visitors in Kilwa Masoko and Lindi. .
