As Co-Founder and CEO of Orange Properties, Frank is driving the company’s vision of creating the most well-known property and estate management company in Tanzania. He is an expert on working with professionals in Tanzania and East Africa, especially in the real estate business. Frank has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate businesses in The Netherlands and more than 18 years of experience in East Africa. Frank is always looking for new opportunities in the real estate business and can create an idea into a success. Frank manages a team of 300 people in different departments in his company. Besides his main businesses Frank is a visionary in interior and reusable wood furniture designs wherefore he recently started OP designs.

Subira is one of the leading architects in Tanzania and East Africa. Subira is responsible for the conceptualization of the ideas and is the driving force behind the success of Orange Properties. Subira received her Architectural training at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, attaining her Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Architecture in 1995 and RIBA Part II qualification upon completing her Post Graduate studies in 1997. She has worked for Iain Pattie Associates in their London and Dar Es Salaam offices between 1992 and 1996 as Architectural Assistant and later joined Symbion International Tanzania as a Graduate Architect from 1998 to 2000. Nowadays she leads our team of architects and is responsible for the architecture behind our concepts. Subira is also a Member of the board of National Housing Company Tanzania, the leading organization for housing in Tanzania.

As General Manager Tijl is always looking for new challenges. His key focus in Orange properties is to develop the sales strategy and bring orange property to the next level. Tijl has a great experience as a consultant in different countries in Asia and Africa. Tijl lives already four years in Tanzania whereby he consulted and restructured different companies in different industries.
